This powerful module not only allows you to specify your daily opening hours but you can pre-program irregular ('Special') opening hours to appear at up to 10 dates in the future such as on specific national holidays or over periods you expect to be understaffed.

1. In area 3 click [+]
2. Select Opening Hours
3. Enter a title, such as Shop, Warehouse, Work, Home, etc.
4. Click [OK]
5. Use the pop up menus to select your daily hours. If you are open for business twice a day (common with restaurants), use the PERIOD 1 columns to specify your lunchtime hours and the PERIOD 2 columns to cover your evening hours. For example:
• 12pm - 2pm   6pm - 11:30pm
6. NOTE: Invalid selections will be corrected automatically.
7. Click [Save] or [Publish]
• In order for your Opening Hours to appear on your profile you must have already created at least one Contact details location instance.
8. Click Contact details in area 5
9. From area 6 select a Contact details location title.
10. In area 7, click the Opening Hours pop up menu near the top of the form and select from the list.
11. Click [Save] or [Publish]

Programming special hours

1. Click the [+] button in the Special area below the regular hours area
2. Enter a title, for example, May day or Boxing day
3. Select the date
4. Choose the hours you plan to be open that day
5. Repeat from 1 for any addition future dates.
6. Click [Save] or [Publish]

Used by

• Profile view. The indicator icon will appear as follows depending on whether you are open or closed at the time your profile is being viewed. Clicking the icon will expand to show your hours for the whole week.
