CONTACT DETAILS

A sophisticated module that allows you to create a set or 'instance' of contact details for each location associated with you or your organisation. A small business could list a high street location and a remote office or warehouse.

Creating a location instance

Note: When your account is first created, a default set of contact details fields will already be active.

  1. In area 3, click [+] to display the Item Maker menu
  2. Select Contact Details
  3. Enter a Title for this instance, such as Shop, Work, Home, Warehouse etc.
  4. Click [OK]. Now the fun part...
  5. In area 7 near the base of the form notice the item pop up menu just above the [+] [-] buttons. This is where you select each item that will make up this location instance. By default it will be set to Street. If you wish to include your street address, then continue from the next step, else select a different item from the menu.
  6. Now click [+] to create an empty field for that item.
  7. Position the cursor into the new field and type the appropriate information, for example, 123 Anystreet.
  8. When you have finished that item, make another selection from the pop up menu and click [+] again.
  9. For some information, such as telephone numbers and email addresses, you can enter an optional description in the extra field to the right. For example, if you have multiple telephone numbers, then they could be entitled 'Reception', 'Sales', 'Support' and so on. For multiple entries of the same item type, you can re-order them using the drag icon Drag me!. Single item types cannot be re-positioned.
  10. Repeat from 5 (above) until complete.
  11. To delete an item row, select it using its radio button and then click [-]
  12. If you have already used the Opening Hours module to create one or more Opening Hours instances, select the file/instance name from the Opening Hours pop up menu in area 7 above the contact details you have just entered.
  13. Click [Save] or [Publish] (Remember, [Save] stores any changes but they are not updated on your public profile. [Publish] makes any changes public.)

Adding external links

If you wish to add links from your gonumber profile to external content, such as images, reviews etc, follow from step 5 above and select the Web address option from the item pop up menu in area 7. Type into the left field the URL (web address) of the external content and a description into the right field. For example, 'Our review in XYX Magazine online'.
